Be Unstoppable Youth Athletic Conditioning Program
Our Be unstoppable program is a girls-only fitness program that helps athletes reach peak performance.
Athletes, especially in their youth years, are taught sport specific techniques and tactics. Unfortunately, body mechanic education is a massive component missing in these critical development years. Athletes who lack the understanding of how to move, strengthen, and recover properly are putting themselves at a MUCH higher risk for injury.
Our Be Unstoppable program is a high-pace strength and conditioning program with a huge emphasis on form, technique, and recovery. Athletes will be run through various fitness tests on week 1 and again on week 8 to measure their progress. All athletes are sure to leave the program with important tools they can use for the rest of their athletic careers.

Meet our Instructor, Vanessa Hansen!
Vanessa graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She has been employed at Three Peaks Health for just over a year and is continuing her educated through numerous courses such as AIS Advanced Stretching.
Vanessa is also a National B soccer coach who currently works with the UBC Women’s soccer team along with a top BCSPL youth club. She played varsity soccer at both Capilano University and UFV.
